Conan then overheard a telephone conversation among the black organization through the transmitter he stuck under Kir's shoe and got a clue on the location of assassination. IUD was supposed that Domon will be assassinated in a location which the organization call as "Eddie-P". After a phone call from Ran, Conan then managed to figure that "Eddie-P" refers to Hyde Park. According to Conan, the "Eddie" from "Eddie-P" is the short form of Edward from Edward Hyde, the Character from the story Dr. Jekyll and Hyde. Thus, Professor Agasa, along with Conan, Ai, James and Jodie headed there. Upon reaching there, Conan and Jodie alighted the car but was then spotted by Vermouth. Luckily, she didn't inform Gin about it as Shinichi had once saved her life. Meanwhile, Rena have started her interview with Domon and ushered him to a bench, making it easier for the snipers to snipe him dead. By then, Conan and Jodie have reached there and figured where the snipers were hiding.

The FBI helps Conan in stopping the assassination attempt which is made by The Black Organization.
Bungo Hirayama is actually following the group because he mistook Ai for Shoko Amemiya. Indeed, his sight is quite low, despite his glasses, and he has to squint constantly so as to see better, though this gives him a rather dark and fishy look. Shoko Amemiya went actually missing because she was accidentally run over by a car and was taken to Dr Araide's clinic to be treated in emergency. Hopefully, she's all right in the end.
