The 105th Volume of the Detective Conan manga will be released on April 10, 2024. Its release in Spring 2024 was first announced in January 2024. Starting with file 1114, released June 14, 2023, it ends with file 1124, released January 17, 2024, encompassing a total of four cases, including the two last chapters of the last case of Volume 104 and the two first chapters from the first case of Volume 106.

Jun Murata, the expert, discovered that the statue was fake, thus motivating Tontetsu to kill him to cover the smuggling. Kantetsu also discovered the truth, and was killed too. Tontetsu then tries to escape, but Kogoro, who was freed from the secret room thanks to Heiji and Conan, apprehends him.
