Tome (トメ?), most commonly referred to as Officer Tome, and less commonly Tome-san, is a character in the anime version of Detective Conan.
Background
Tome is a CSI member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, and is often seen investigating alongside with his daughter or other forensic men at the crime scene during cases where Megure is the head inspector.
Personality
Tome seems to be very serious and passionate with his work. He, like many other policemen, listen to what Conan has to say, although Conan sometimes says something like: "Mouri wants you to check up on this", or "Mouri asks if this was found". This is to asks him about forensic evidence he has collected, and Tome is often happy to answer. His daughter seems to have inherited this character from him.
Appearance
He is a seemingly older man, wears glasses and has black eyes and dark hair that are always covered by a blue cap. He usually wears a blue forensic uniform in his work and always wears essential gloves for his investigations.
