Manabu Fujimaki (藤巻 学 Fujimaki Manabu?), commonly referred to as Inspector Fujimaki (藤巻警部 Fujimaki-keibu?), is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.

Background[edit]

Manabu Fujimaki is an Inspector from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Division One Investigations, and Shiratori's direct subordinate. He loves Sato and is thus jealous of Takagi, much often to boycott their dates along with several other officers. He is always scared by Matsumoto.

He meets Conan in several cases and his great deduction impresses him only during Takagi's kidnapping, but Conan justifies himself saying which, when he consulted Shinichi earlier on the phone, that's what he told him. In the end, along with Haibara, Conan shows to the police the trick used by the culprit, even if he making them to believe that is Agasa to find the evidence.

Often, when a huge case is closed, he likes to go drinking along with other officers that night.

Appearance[edit]

Like Snake from Magic Kaito series, he is easily identifiable by his large horseshoe mustache.
