Ginshiro Toyama (遠山 銀司郎 ,Tōyama Ginshirō?), also known as Chief Thomas in the Funimation dub, is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. Usually, he only plays minor roles in cases.
Background
Ginshiro Toyama is the Chief Criminal Investigator in the Osaka police district and he is a close friend of the police chief, Heizo Hattori. It is due to this that his daughter, Kazuha, met Heizo's son, Heiji. His wife is 43 years old: she has only been mentioned and her name is unknown.
