Nishimura is an inspector in plain clothes part of the Hokkaido Prefecture Police department and is currently in function. He has an assistant officer who looks a little like a spiky-haired Chiba. He recognizes the famous detective Kogoro Mouri. He has a pale skin and straight black hair. He has a light beard and is dressed in a black suit with a white shirt under.
