Shinichi Kudo Returns! Confrontation with the Black Organization is the second live-action drama based on the Detective Conan series.
Case
Situation
Shinichi Kudo is back, literally. When Conan attends a party for the "Miss Japanesque" awards, he and Ai Haibara (Sherry) happen to eat a cake that temporarily changes them back into their adult form. At the same time, a murder takes place and he, with Sherry, has to solve the case of the Japanesque. All the while, avoiding the Black Organization, who happens to notice Sherry on a live broadcast. Kudo must end everything before the time limit, the time at which his body changes back to Conan. He cannot let Ran figure it out.

- While not canon, this marks the first time that Shinichi, Agasa, Ran and Megure see Haibara in her real body (though the latter two don't know that she is Ai).
