Takeshi Onimaru (鬼丸 猛 Onimaru Takeshi) is the main antagonist in Gosho Aoyama's second series Yaiba and a character that was made canon in Detective Conan manga and anime.

Yaiba
Originally a very serious person, Onimaru could not get along with Yaiba at all and the two quickly became rivals. In order to defeat his hated enemy, Onimaru began training with his family's sacred sword, the Fuujin-ken, until he was possessed by it and turned into an actual demon (the character for oni in his name means demon).
