Irish (アイリッシュ Airisshu) is a Black Organization member who appears as the main antagonist and eponymous Raven Chaser in Movie 13. He was killed by Chianti.

Background
Not much is known about Irish, except that he had a lot of respect for Pisco. It is stated that Pisco was like a father to Irish. Pisco was an elderly member of the Black Organization who was killed by Gin. Ever since, Irish has had a strong grudge against Gin. It is not known if Irish ever killed anyone, but it is assumed that he had in the past.
Personality and Skills
Irish wasn't a very high ranking member, though he was quite smart. It is very apparent that Irish lacked a high rank in the organization when Gin cold-heartedly ordered Chianti to shoot him. Irish managed to find out Conan was actually Shinichi relatively quickly. It is possible that Pisco's death and Irish's subsequent desire to avenge him by getting Gin demoted may have influenced Irish's cold-blooded and harsh personality.
Irish was a master of disguise although limited to disguising as large men because of his stature. He disguised as Kiyonaga Matsumoto as he followed the police developments and investigated the true identity of Conan.
Irish was a capable martial artist, and was one of the very few characters able to defeat Ran in hand to hand combat although Irish's victory was partially due to taking advantage of an opening while Ran was distracted. His strong body and tall size gave him an additional combat advantage. Like Gin and Vermouth, Irish had a high pain tolerance, staying conscious after a very bad fall down metal stairs and being shot by Chianti.
Irish shows no hesitation at using lethal force and is ruthless in fights. He seems to enjoy challenges, shown in his appreciation of Ran's karate skill and interest in testing Ran's bold claim that she could dodge a bullet. He also taunted Ran and Conan while brutally beating them and made a game out of hunting Conan down with a handgun.
Plot overview
Irish disguised as Kiyonaga Matsumoto to infiltrate the Tokyo Metropolitan police and retrieve a missing data card with sensitive Organization information.
Ran arrived at Tokyo Tower and found Irish (still disguised as Matsumoto) brutally beating Conan. He shot a bullet at her, but she dodged it, disarmed him, and knocked him to the floor. This started a hand to hand fight, with Irish rashly attacking Ran with a hard kick to her face and Ran counterattacking from the floor. Ran blocked his next salvo, but a kick to his face tore off part of his mask and surprised her. Irish took advantage of her lowered guard and overpowered Ran.
When Chianti shot Irish, he was seriously injured by the bullet and was barely alive. Conan tried to drag him to safety but Gin noticed him and ordered Chianti to shoot. Irish protected Conan and died.

Pisco
Irish looks up to and admires Pisco. He is therefore devastated when Pisco is cold-heartedly killed by Gin.
Gin, Vodka, Chianti, and Korn
The four other Black Organization members seem to look down on Irish. Gin doesn't hesitate when he orders Chianti to shoot him. Chianti doesn't question Gin's assassination command and Korn, who usually remains silent, says that he wanted to shoot him, hinting that he wouldn't think twice about killing Irish.
Trivia
- Beside Vermouth, Irish is the only member of the Black Organization who showed respect for Conan. When Chianti shot Irish, Conan tried to drag him to safety while he was still alive but Chianti shot again and Irish protected him and died. His final words to Conan were, "Kudo Shinichi...Keep...coming after us...". It quite sounds like Conan gained upon Irish's confidence that moment.
