Background
Pinga is liked by Rum and then, after Curaçao's death, became his new right-hand. He has a burning rivalry with Gin as his next target, using Conan's true identity.
Personality
He is a greedy man that tries to kick others down and rise to the top. Also, he doesn't listen to any instructions from members other than Rum.

He looks feminine, wearing sunglasses and having a distinctive golden hairstyle braided in cornrows.
