Blackbeard (黒髭 Kurohige), is a Black Organization member that was exclusively in the Special Manga of Detective Conan, the series that is not written by Gosho Aoyama.
Background
Blackbeard is a virologist for the Black Organization. After failing his mission, he committed suicide and his body was found floating in the sea the next night.
