Heishiro Bizen (備前 平四郎,Bizen Heishirō?), age 35, was a restaurant owner based in Osaka. He was acquainted with Heiji, who regularly came to his restaurant Takohei, but is killed by Taiga Saijo, one of his gang robbers. His name comes from the real-life samurai Bizen Heishiro.
Keith Dan Stinger (キース・ダン・スティンガー,Kīsu Dan Sutingā?), is the Count of absolute Vespania Kingdom, in Turkey. He appears first in Lupin III vs. Detective Conan and is voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa.
Kana Mizuta (水田加奈,Mizuta Kana?) is a Kitanosawa lodge hotel employee and receptionist. She appears first in Quarter of Silence and is voiced by Roi Hino.
Satoshi Kawaguchi (川口 聡,Kawaguchi Satoshi?), age 7, is one of Kazuha's relatives and has strong deduction skills. He is said to have been babysitted by her in his early years. He is a sweet young boy who wants to marry Kazuha when he is older. He appears first in The Lost Ship in the Sky and is voiced by Nozomi Ōhashi.
Zhon Han Chen (ジョンハン・チェン,Zhonhan Chen?), age 70, is a Singapore billionaire of Chinese origin. He is the sponsor for Makoto Kyogoku's karate tournament in Singapore and reappears later as a sponsor to the Hyper Linear train.
Toshiro Odagiri (小田切 敏郎,Odagiri Toshirō?), age 56, is a Chief Superintendent in the Tokyo Police, and is the Chief of the Criminal Investigations Division.
Tsutomu Muranaka (村中 努,Muranaka Tsutomu?) is a former superintendent of the Tokyo MPD, who was Juzo Megure's superior. Formerly known for his strong character, he has since become a calm a pacific man.
