Hakuba (白馬 ,Hakuba^?) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Magic Kaito and Detective Conan.

Background

He is Saguru Hakuba's father and holds the highest police rank as Superintendent General of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He has a younger brother^[1], who is the owner of "Hakuba Research Center" in Ekoda. He's told his son all about the son of the chief of the Osaka Police, saying Heiji Hattori were a very intuitive detective.

Personality

Hakuba is a humoristic Superintendent, always happy, and that take things a bit without serious, like Kaitou Kid, when he met Inspector Nakamori and just patted him and laughed.
