Asami Tsuburaya (円谷 朝美 Tsuburaya Asami) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. She is the older sister of Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya.
Contents
Background
Asami Tsuburya is Mitsuhiko's older sister. Her parents are both school teachers. She took piano lessons. Not much else is known about her.
Personality
Asami was shown to be very cheerful and enthusiastic. She was not worried when Mitsuhiko disappeared and was actually pretty excited, because she thought it was like a TV drama. She speaks politely, addressing her mother as "Okaa-sama instead of Okaa-san, because her parents are strict about polite speech.
Plot overview
Asami first appeared when the Detective Boys and Professor Agasa came to her house to ask about Mitsuhiko. She talked with them for a little while about Mitsuhiko and his possible whereabouts, and then left.
Asami made a brief appearance in OVA 11.
