English Yaiba Manga

The English version of the Yaiba manga is published under the name Yaiba: Samurai Legend in the United States and Canada by Viz Media, who is also currently publishing the English version of Detective Conan. Following the announcement of a new TV series for Yaiba in Japan, Viz Media announced in October 2024 at the New York Comic Con that it will start publishing the series in English starting in July 2025.

Following the March 20, 2025 update on their website, it can be deduced that the English version of Yaiba will be following the bunkoban volume-format, as opposed to the original run of 24 volumes. The bunkoban version follows the same one released in Japan between 2001 and 2002, which will comprise of 10 volumes each containing between 23 and 27 chapters. Each volumes costs $ 16.99. E-books are also available, at the cost of $11.99.

Since March 20, 2025, chapters were also made available through Viz's online simulpub subscription service.
