Background
Keiichirou Motoura is a factory manager of Beika city and sponsors local youth soccer teams. He is a proud fan of soccer and follows the J-League matches. He even enroled his son in a local youth soccer team. He has short brown sassy hair and is seen wearing a white working suit. He lives in an apartment in Beika City.
