Ayako Suzuki (鈴木 綾子 Suzuki Ayako), known in the Funimation english dub as Angie Sebastian, and now Ayako Tomizawa (富沢 綾子 Tomizawa Ayako), is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan. She is Sonoko Suzuki's older sister.
Background
Ayako Suzuki is a graduate student interested in film. She was in a film club while an undergraduate, holding the role of Head of Makeup and Costumes, and hosted the club reunion.
She first appears when one of her friends is murdered. She reappears again in an engaged to Yuzo Tomizawa, where her father-in-law is murdered by her fiancee's older brother. She appears again during Kaitou Kid's introduction, having missed the ship ride, however, her fiancee attends.
Personality
In contrast to her younger sister, Ayako is much more polite, kind, and lacks the snobbish and shallow attitude Sonoko often displays. She acts relatively happy and she always appears as if she has her eyes closed, which is not an unheard character style in manga and anime respectively.
According to Sonoko, Ayako is not a summer person, and dislikes being out in the sun, but she went to the family's summer villa for the chance to see her fiance.
