The Séance's Double Locked Room Mystery Case (Anime: 603-605)
With like-minded people, he takes part in a séance, through which they want to find out whether there really is a curse on a model. He thus meets Kogoro again, but on the same night, one of the two organizers and a model are murdered. He becomes a suspect because he has no alibi for the murder time. At the case end, for which he wins an award for reporting, he is sad that many of his friends are either dead or in prison, but already has a new goal. In Kogoro's office, with the detective's help, he wants to report on a warehouse where it is allegedly haunted, turn.
The Crimson Love Letter (Movie: 21)
He is briefly seen with Heiji in the Nichiuri TV headquarters in Osaka and evacuates after there is bomb threat.
