Mikihiko Kamisuwa (上諏訪 幹彦 Kamisuwa Mikihiko) is a character in the anime and movie franchise Detective Conan.
Background
Mikihiko Kamisuwa is a Nichiuri TV producer and a big fan of the famous Sleeping Kogoro.
Personality
Mikihiko exhibits exceptional professionalism during the production of the documentaries he is responsible of. In several occasions, he insisted on "proceed filming as scheduled" despite encountering cases.
Appearance
Mikihiko has wavy dark-brown hair, and his skin has noticeable nasolabial folds.

Plot overview
The Seven Wonders of the Hiroshima Miyajima Tour (Anime: 594-595)
Kogoro happened to be filming his own documentary with Nichiuri TV in Hiroshima and Miyajima prefectures, whereupon nearly every member of the production team were attacked, associated with the "Misen's Seven Wonders". Mikihiko became one of the victims without a doubt because he figured out the culprit's abili trick (before Conan) and was about to verify with third parties. Then, Mikihiko was sent to a nearby hospital; Kenichi Miyamoto, the police inspector who was in charge of Mikihiko's attempted murder case, kept the news of Mikihiko's improved condition a secret from the public based on instructions given by the sleeping Kogoro.
The Most Useful School in the World Case (Anime: 636-637)
Kogoro was invited by the production team of a television programme, "The Most Useful School in the World", of which Mikihiko is the producer. When Kogoro learned that Yoko Okino had also been invited, he immediately declared that he would appear free of charge, resulting in Conan to tease about: "Looks like the other's (Michihiko Suwa) skills are way superior." When an incident occurred, he entrusted Kogoro with the solution, wanting to borrow his power again.

Name origin
Just like the victim from episode 31, his name comes from Michihiko Suwa, the real-life Detective Conan producer.[1]
