International version

An editing error led to one of the stereo channels being muted in the international airings. Due to this, several lines were lost (for instance, "Quest for dream" and "ubae wa"), and there were some mistakes: the onscreen words "LOVE" and "ALL TRUTH" had its corresponding verses, but "DREAM" didn't.

The animation froze on the neon logo to skip out the Japanese logo. Episode 124, exceptionally, show the Japanese logo. And the English logo that was used for the first four openings in the international version was inserted at the end of the opening animation.

This opening is also used in episodes that should have "Girigiri chop" due to music licensing issues.

Trivia

  • Even though the full name of the song was "TRUTH ~A Great Detective of Love~", it was only written as "TRUTH" in the opening credit.
  • The Galician version uses a poorly edited version of the CD version from the beginning instead of starting with the lyrics and the opening version. Also, it ends repeating the instrumental part that plays when the Detective Conan main logo appears.
  • The German version adapts the neon logo and main logo to German (Detektiv Conan).
  • The neon logo featured in the opening animation would later be used in place of the Japanese logo for Mysterious Eyes and Koi wa Thrill, Shock, Suspense in the international version.
  • In the combined popularity poll for openings and endings, hosted by YTV in honor of the 1000th episode, this song ranked 13th.[1]
