The Truth Behind the Car Explosion Case (Anime: 150)
Her interview with Megumi Sakihara, a bombing witness, allows the police to identify the bomber, Hiromasa Takahashi, and her ultra realistic sketch by itself is able to prove murderous intent by getting correct details other sketch artists may have missed. This alone allowed Conan to fully establish an otherwise impossible to prove intent.
Manga vs. anime
Sato and Tomokawa interrogating the Detective Boys.
In the manga, it isn't specified by Sato if male or female. However, in file 805 and episode 681, there is a policewoman with Sato and both ask the Detective Boys if they recognize the sketch she had done of the man, which proves the realistickness of her sketches and confirms her identity. Then, Chiba enters the room and leave with Sato leaving Tomokawa with Conan and the Detective Boys.
