Nishimura (西村 ,Nishimura^?) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.

Background

Nishimura is an inspector of the Hokkaido Prefecture Police department. Since there is a rumor going on about a cursed detective who causes unfortunate incidents wherever he goes, he is skeptical of Kogoro.

Personality

He stays even tempered as long as the suspects cooperate, but has a tendency to yell if his authority is questioned or his investigation is delayed. He prefers to be straight to the point and doesn't like to make assumptions, with good reasoning ability.

He has a pale skin and straight black hair. He has a light beard and is dressed in a black suit, with a white shirt under.
