Nishimura (西村 ,Nishimura?) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.
Background
Nishimura is an inspector of the Hokkaido Prefecture Police department. Since being there rumored to be a cursed detective who causes unfortunate incidents wherever he goes, he is skeptical of Kogoro.
Personality
He stays even tempered as long as the suspects cooperate, but has a tendency to yell if his authority is questioned or his investigation is delayed. He prefers to be straight to the point and doesn't like to make assumptions.
Appearance
He has a pale skin and straight black hair. He has a light beard and is dressed in a black suit, with a white shirt under.
