Ran and Sonoko decide to take the opportunity to buy some local pastries, but in all five stores of a famous confectionery company are disappeared chocolate desserts. The president asks for help to Kogoro to solve this huge case of theft. They also join Inspector Ayanokoji with his chipmunk, but being out of service he must call his assistant, Detective Kurumazaki.
The main suspect is a young girl dressed in pink, with a little pink car suspected.
