Episode "ZERO" The Shinichi Kudo Aquarium Case (エピソード“ZERO” 工藤新一水族館事件 Episōdo "Zero" Kudō Shin'ichi Suizokukan Jiken) is the 1187th episode of the Detective Conan anime. It was made in commemoration of the anime's 30th anniversary.
It is an adaptation of the Aquarium Murder Case from the chapters 882-884 in the original manga, along with an adaptation of Awkward Couple.

- In the remake, the culprit's motive remained unchanged from the manga (revenge porn), whereas the first adaptation had replaced it with "embarrassing photos". However, the photos is not shown in the remake.
Trivia
- Nazo is used as an insert song during the scenes where Shinichi is walking around Tropical Land.
- Starting this episode, the door eyecatch has been updated to be a combination of CGI and 2D animation. A new Next Conan's Hint design is also introduced, featuring a remake of the first version of next episode title card with the addition of Ai Haibara.
- This is the third time that a case has been adapted for a second time in the anime, with the last being The Moonlight Sonata Murder.
- During the sponsor cards, the memorable theme songs chosen by the manga's original author and major voice actors are played. Those songs are, in order of appearance:
- Barairo no Jinsei (chosen by Kappei Yamaguchi)
- Secret of my heart (chosen by Wakana Yamazaki)
- Your Best Friend (chosen by Minami Takayama)

- Shumoto comes from Shumokuzame (シュモクザメ, Hammerhead shark) ;

- Nakagiri comes from Nokogirizame (ノコギリザメ, Sawshark).
- Beika Aquarium is modeled after the Shinagawa Aquarium in Tokyo for the glass tunnel while the exterior is modeled after the Toba Aquarium in Mie Prefecture.
- The fashion magazine in Ran's handbag is CanCam.
