The following is a list of chapters for Volume 91 to the current manga volume.
Conan realizes when he first met Masumi. From this, he also realizes that Masumi knows his real identity, that Shukichi is the middle brother of the Akai family and that the girl in Masumi's hotel room is their shrunken mother, Mary. In her thoughts, Masumi says that there is a reason she called Shinichi a wizard back then that he has not yet realized. Wakita becomes Kogoro's apprentice. A picture of Rumi, her name and her occupation end up on the news, with Kuroda and possibly Wakita taking note of this event.
Heiji brings Kazuha to Tokyo to attempt to confess his love for her during a holiday illumination.
Kuroda researches the news reports about Kohji Haneda and Rumi Wakasa, and decides to follow her to a camping site. When one camper mentions an artificial eye, Rumi tenses up and clutches something in her pocket, causing Haibara to feel the aura of the Organization from her. Rumi is shocked when she meets Kuroda. Later, Rumi appears to be unable to see with her right eye. After Rumi saves Ayumi, Haibara suddenly forbids Conan to speak ill of her.
Heiji lies to Kazuha about the murder case, so that the romantic mood is not disturbed. He tries to solve the case quickly in order to make it to Kazuha in time to confess his love at a holiday illumination, but he fails and the two have to go home before he gets the chance. Momiji sent her butler to Tokyo to check out Heiji and the two of them are sure that Momiji will win Heiji's heart, despite his apparant affection for a different girl. After Kogoro saves Eri from her abductors, the two of them go on a movie date, holding hands and smiling at each other. Heiji wants to beat Okita in a kendo tournament, to confess his love for Kazuha afterwards. Okita flirts with Ran, making Conan jealous. Ran is reminded of Shinichi by Okita's look, flustering her.
Conan learns from Ran, Sonoko and Masumi that their Teitan High School class is going on a field trip to Kyoto. Conan asks Haibara for the APTX antidote to go on the field trip, but she denies his request. After he gets her Higo charm back, Haibara initially still refuses, but then finally gives in and provides the antidote. Shinichi joins the Teitan High School field trip as himself.
Masumi learns of the APTX antidote and tells Mary, who tells her to immediately find out who developed it. Kuroda, Rumi, and Wakita discover that Shinichi solved a case.
Shinichi asks Ran for an answer to his confession at London, leading to Ran kissing him on the cheek. They're about to kiss on the lips but Shinichi's body starts to revert back into Conan. Heiji thinks Shinichi is setting the bar high since he still hasn't confessed to Kazuha. Ran and Shinichi are officially boyfriend and girlfriend.
Chiba finally discovering Naeko was actually his friend from childhood. Heiji tries to kiss Kazuha although he didn't know she was kid in disguise. Sonoko and Makoto are on a date.
