Meanwhile, Takagi has been watching the match with Sato and his colleagues at the station when he receives a call from Conan, asking him to investigate the man in the first anomaly. The information about the man and the other anomalies make Conan believe there must be something going on, making Sato take Takagi to the stadium. Conan tells everyone to keep their eyes of the man while he and Sanada observe the crowd outside. The investigation yields no result on finding the target of the group of criminals, only after Sanada gives some advice and exercises to Conan does Haibara realize that the target of the terrorists was never someone inside the stadium, but someone outside the stadium.
