Tomonori Ogawara (大河原倫徳 ,Ōgawara Tomonori^?) is a character in the anime and movie franchise Detective Conan.

Background

Tomonori Ogawara is a detective from Shizuoka Prefectural Police. His superior, the ultimate inspector Yokomizo, teaches him the ways different police system proceed since he is still new.

Personality

He is a nice and pretty competent police detective, but hates when normal people interefere with his work since they put the police to shame.

He has long black hair and wears civilian clothes. He has a grey suit with a shirt under and a orange necktie.

Plot overview

He is a new police detective who assists Yokomizo during a murder case. He follows him everywhere and is curious about what's happening. He admires Kogoro's intelligence, but doesn't like his help in the police since he'd like the police to be independent from private detectives. But, after the resolution, he finally understand why the police needed the famous Sleeping Kogoro's help and changed his idea.
