Personality
During an investigation, he already checked something potentially dangerous before bring it somewhere on the crime scene.[2] He can comfort a kidnapped girl, that he just took after Conan saved her.[3]
His name comes from Takahiro Okura's character for a police crime investigation tv series Lieutenant Fukuie, which is spelled and written in kanji the same way as "Detective Fukui".
