Nakamura (中村 Nakamura ), commonly referred to as Detective Nakamura (中村刑事 Nakamura-keiji ), is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.
Background
Nakamura is a young detective (刑事 keiji ) from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Division One Investigations. He loves Detective Sato and is thus jealous of Detective Takagi, much often to boycott their dates along with several other officers. He is always awed by Superintendent Matsumoto.
He meets Conan Edogawa in several cases and his great deduction impresses him only during Detective Takagi's kidnapping, but Conan justifies himself saying which, when he consulted Shinichi Kudo earlier on the phone, that's what he told him.[3] In the end, along with Haibara, Conan shows to the police the trick used by the culprit, even if he making them to believe that is Professor Agasa to find the evidence.[4]
He resembles very much to Jugo Yokomizo. He likes fruit and it's his favorite.[5]
