Minoru Tozawa is the president of Studio Boomerang, and joined Detective Conan anime production in 1996, Tenkaichi Night Festival Murder Case as one of the key animators. After that he constantly work on the key animation works for anime episodes.

In The Weather Girl Kidnapping Case, Minoru started doing episode directions, and then got hired as regular episode director for Detective Conan anime, even until today.
