|summary= Lawyer Hiroki Oi receives a request from a customer named Kanta Tsuji to investigate the mysterious death of his friend who is also a fisherman, Takeshi Yamaoka, and he entrusts this case to the Mouri family. There are four people that Tsuji believes one of them was the murderer: A fellow fisherman named Hironobu Matsuyama; his former sister-in-law, Miku Nishino; his ex-girlfriend, Hitomi Togashi; and the Urasawa Shrine head priest, Akihide Kamikawa; while Tsuji is also a suspect himself. Later, the Mouri family notices that Togashi is following them, and it turns out that she just wants to offer her help. After Kogoro declines the offer and continues on their own, the girl notices another person acting suspiciously just like what the three perceived her earlier. The case would develop later that day when Togashi calls Kogoro and is trying to inform him that the suspicious person talked to a wall something like: “destroying evidence” when that person silences her forever.}}

The client believes that the murderer was among the four: Yamaoka’s fellow fisherman Hironobu Matsuyama, Yamaoka’s former sister-in-law Miku Nishino, Yamaoka’s ex-girlfriend Hitomi Togashi, and the Urasawa Shrine head priest Akihide Kamikawa. |summary= Conan, Ran, Kazuha, Heiji, and Kogoro are going to Mt.Washio, famous for its beautiful scenery, when it rains, so they have to take shelter from the rain at a nearby shrine. However, there have been rumours of will-o’-the-wisps that are connected to the legend of the crimson skeleton, a monster that appeared to devour the souls of wrongdoers and leave them with empty corpses, reported recently. Things get more detrimental when Kogoro seems to be missing after having gone for such a long time for the restroom, and a terrifying scream that leads everyone to witness the will-o’-the’-wisp going upstairs to the confessional where the missing monk is found dead rather than being captured by the crimson skeleton, unlike what Kentetsu, another monk, told. Meanwhile, Kogoro wakes up in a weird room and has to somehow inform either Ran or Conan about his condition while being tied up.}}

|summary= Conan, Ran, Kazuha, Heiji, and the poor Kogoro are climbing the stairs leading to Mt.Washio when it suddenly rains. They end up taking shelter at a nearby shrine that Kogoro happens to find. The shrine itself does not seem to be a normal location when a monk is still missing. Coincidentally, there were appearances of will-o’-the-wisp, which led them to believe that the missing monk was devoured by the crimson skeleton that only targets the wrongdoers. The abnormalities become serious when Kogoro appears to be missing after having gone for such a long time to the restroom; and a scream that leads everyone to witness the truth of the missing monk. When the two detectives are investigating the death of the monk, Kogoro has to somehow inform either Conan or Ran about his condition after he wakes up and notices he is tied up.}}
