They also meet Saiya Tokuzono, an annoying actor who teases multiple people and even insults Sonoko, causing Makoto to be furious until Sonoko cools him off. But later, when preparing for the next scene, Tokuzono is seen falling from the building, with Makoto being the main suspect, as he is on the same floor as the victim. The Police arrive and begin their investigation, with Conan and Sera doing the same. But after seeing the footage recorded when the incident happened, Daisaku Odori suddenly laughs out loud and sends a message to the culprit? Sonoko and Makoto are on a date.

The Police ask Makoto to confirm some information before Tokuzono’s death as well. Later, the drinks everyone ordered are available, however, Odori suddenly falls after having some tastes of his. In all of his brought along, there’s a butterfly-looking item that makes sound like what Makoto had heard before the first incident. When Conan is deducing, he accidentally agrees with Sera’s question without knowing that she just called him Shinichi Kudo. Sera catches Conan off guard by calling him Shinichi with him responding to it normally at first. Sonoko and Makoto are on a date. Flashback of Teitan school festival event are mentioned as Shinichi and Conan appeared at the same time.

Conan quickly denies what he just said after realizing Sera is trapping him. Sera then tries to ask Ran and Sonoko who look mature around Conan, with both Sonoko and Ran mention Haibara after Conan is asked and taken away by Takagi to make his deduction as usual. While at Agasa's residence, Agasa takes Shirohato brand sneeze medicine, with Haibara revealing that her deceased father worked there. It’s getting late and Conan has to close the case or else the culprit may escape and destroy the evidence but Sera cares more about Conan’s identity rather than the case. How is Conan gonna escape this rough situation ? Deduction Queen Sonoko has his back. Sera catches Conan off guard by calling him Shinichi with him responding to it normally at first. She also finds out that Haibara is a mature child from Ran and Sonoko. Sonoko and Makoto are on a date.   Shirohato Pharmaceuticals is where Haibara's parents worked and the company made them create APTX 4869.

In a traditional café located in the mountains holding a festival, Kogoro, Ran and Conan meet Akashiba and his hawk, Genichi Takehara and Sakoto, the managers of the café, and a local farmer named Masahiko Ishima who made puffed rice. Takehara later went hunting boar with Conan’s group watching Ishima’s process of making puffed rice. When making puffed rice, there are two different explosions, one from the valve, and 1 gunshot... On the hawk training, when the hawk is arriving at the target, it gets stuck and injured by a wire and a gunshot is heard shortly after, Takehara is seen dead due to the gunshot wound. Is the hawk the culprit ?

This episode begins with a flashback outside Haido Central Hospital, where Tooru Amuro obtains information from Detective Takagi regarding Rikumichi Kusuda and deduces that Rikumichi was shot by a gun. At the present, Natsuko Shibuya, a teacher at Haido Elementary School, receives a call from Jodie Starling while grading math tests at night. Natsuko tells Jodie she needed to meet with some parents soon after. After the conversation, Andre Camel asks Jodie about Natsuko, and Jodie tells him that Natusko was her acquaintance. Natsuko was involved in a case while studying abroad in America, and Jodie helped her out. Jodie also reveals that she was able to go undercover in Japan as an English teacher because Natsuko taught her Japanese. Natsuko Shibuya is introduced. Bourbon knows that Jodie and Camel are FBI agents.   Bourbon and Vermouth appear. Jodie and Camel appear. Hidemi Hondou's retrieval and Mystery Train cases.

Inspector Megure and Detective Takagi question the three suspects again, this time in further detail. After this, they, Jodie, Andre, Amuro, and Conan examine the picture containing Natsuko's graded tests. Amuro and Conan immediately figure out who the culprit is. Later, Andre meets up with Jodie and Conan only to realize that the Jodie he talked to previously was Vermouth. Because Andre leaked out the fact that Rikumichi shot himself, Amuro now knows that Shuichi indeed faked his death. Conan asks Amuro whether he's an enemy of the bad guys. Bourbon and Vermouth learns that Rikumichi Kusuda dies from a gunshot suicide. Conan confronts Bourbon directly with his suspicion of him being an BO member. Camel is fooled by Vermouth in disguise as Jodie.

Vermouth disagree with Bourbon about Shuichi Akai's fake death. Bourbon "confronts" Subaru to reveal the truth. Jodie and Camel revisit Raiha Pass to investigate Shuichi's death.

Shuichi takes out a gun and shoots down the front car's tires, causing all of Amuro's colleagues' cars to crash into each other and be rendered useless for further pursuit. However, Shuichi tells Andre to turn back and drive toward the cars. Back at Shinichi's house, as Amuro got the news that Shuichi shot the cars down, Yusaku Kudo begins to make his speech upon being rewarded the Best Original Script award. He reveals that the man who inspired him to write "The Scarlet Investigator" was Shuichi Akai. During the speech, Ran was surprised to see Yusaku acting strangely cute. Conan, Haibara and The Detective Boys are cleaning up some trash in the shopping center when they realize the missing Garbage Bin, in Teitan High School, there is a small competition for the best idea to be used to greet guests for the upcoming World Sport Game. In the association of stores, there are concerns of whether who will be paying for the Garbage Bin expense. On the next day, the garbage is once again thrown at the former Garbage Bin place, which prompts the Detective Boys to find who is the one behind this. While walking, Conan, Ran and Sonoko meet Subaru Okiya, which is a sign of a big case following the episode.   Akai Shuichi (disguised as Subaru Okiya) is seen doing an FBI mission, with his bag sparking Ran and Sonoko the idea for the school competition.

Kogoro receives a letter to a specific building with a strange piece of paper from Taisei Nichihara 1 month ago, the letter states that one of Nichihara’s friends committed suicide with the piece of paper that might tells why he did that, but Ran couldn’t come, so Amuro and Wakita have to come with them. Kogoro’s group meets other people in the reunion who also receive a piece of paper similar to Kogoro’s group, and they reveal that Nichihara was the one committed suicide, but the talk is interrupted as the parking lot of the building collasped. With no way to escape, they have to call local Police for help, while at the building, after an hour missing, Kouhei Wada, one of the people, is seen dead due to a crossbow wound.

The murder is then reported to Nagano Police. They also ask for the murder scene through camera, with Taka’aki seeming to have seen Amuro somewhere before. To prevent further murders from happening, Amuro suggests splitting into 4 groups of 2, with Conan going with Amuro. When discussing the scene, Conan asks him about Rum, he only states that he lacks patience. However, when Nishino and Kawasaki have to check the weird sound, Kawasaki receives a strange email and later is seen dead due to drink poisoning. In Nagano Police Agency, Taka’aki recalls that he once met Amuro when visiting Touto University to see Hiromitsu, his brother, who is taken care of by a relative; but suddenly Kuroda calls them, asking to talk to Taka’aki privately. We learn that Komei knows Amuro. Conan asks Bourbon about Rum. Komei remembers his brother Hiromitsu being friends with Amuro.

Just as the party goes on, Sasano dies due to poisoning but Kobayakawa reveals to be the real Sasano as the two switched their identity according to Kobayakawa’s offer. Can Conan find the truth ?

When Isami is found dead on Okita's balcony, the group believes it is an open and shut case, but Conan doubts the authenticity when he sees a big smile form on Hijikata's face. Which side is truly right?

Conan returns to Kozaburo's apartment to find concrete proof to prove Hajime's innocence. While Kogoro attracts the newspaper press so Inspector Megure can take Hajime to the police station, Conan knocks Kogoro out to announce Kozaburo is the real killer. Conan reveals Kozaburo tricked everyone by taking them to the 6th floor while everyone believed they were on the 5th by creating a duplicate room on both floors. As proof, Conan asks Takagi to find the model gun under the sofa that Kogoro secretly broke in the room on the 6th floor.

Junpei Haruyama is found dead at the park, so Megure, Takagi and Chiba go to investigate any of Haruyama’s friends, with the help of Kogoro and Conan passing by. After asking Yori Natsukawa, Miyako Akiba and Ryuzaburo Fuyuki, it seems like they are hiding something, so on the next day, Kogoro and Conan go to ask Natsukawa again, only to find out that he is dead. When the Police arrive, Akiba and Fuyuki have to admit that they once fooled Takashi Komoto 10 years ago, and Komoto then left Japan. One day, he returned and was seen peering at Haruyama's shop, at first the other three didn’t believe until he was found dead. Later, it is confirmed that Komoto, who also has incurable illness, returned one week ago to drag all 4 into the other world, so the Police decide to be the bodyguard. On the next day, while trying to kill Akiba, Komoto falls off the cliff but the corpse hasn’t been found yet. But the murders don't end there as Akiba is found dead 2 days later, with Komoto’s also making a threat call to Fuyuki, which sparks his full score of fear.

Komoto’s corpse is later found by a man working in his excavator. Examination shows that the time he died was almost identical to when he fell from the cliff. Later that night, Megure reveals that Fuyuki received a call from the mysterious man to make a deal for the next morning, so the Police attempt to catch him when the two are making the deal, but the attempt fails as they focus on the wrong person, gosh! So Conan has to investigate on his own. Later Conan calls everyone under the name Kogoro and when everyone comes, he tranquilizes Kogoro and starts his deduction.

Ayumi notices a bracelet, while Conan notices the blood in the bracelet, At first, Conan, Haibara and the Detective Boys find the owner of the item, who was Shinobu Yanaki, Risa’s sister, but she gets worried as her brother has been lost for days, so she visits Keita Yagi to ask for his trace, only to get tied up without any other knowing. Later, The Detective Boys visits his house as well and is later informed by Conan, who went the other route, that Yagi kidnapped her after they tell the anomalies. Can Conan and the Detective Boys rescue her ?

Futoshi Yamasato, who just transferred to Beika Town 4th police box, received a report about a woman who ate and ran away without paying her bill (called dine and dash), but was seen coming with another woman to pay the bill. He also reveals to receive one similar, and with the two women looking identical to Kayoko Kakurai. But both of the incidents turn out to be all misunderstood as she forgot something.

Conan, Haibara, The Detective Boys, Kobayashi and Wakasa, are picked up by Maika Zenda after they went from a train to pick wild plants. However, Toji Fukikoshi, Zenda’s husband, is found dead near the car but it is strange as when they just parked there, his corpse has never been there. Yamamura arrives and investigates, with his assistant revealing that Fukikoshi is a wanted marriage swindler, who also has many card names. Wakasa also recalls Kohji Haneda and his last word to her when seeing the Detective Boys trying to find the 4-leaf clover that was seen previously by Ayumi when she and Zenda were trying to find the latter’s earring.   Rumi recalls Kohji Haneda's dead body and something that he said.

The Police also find a villa near the scene and it seems where the murder happened, however, inside the villa there was an injured woman and now is currently in the police station. She stated that she was the girlfriend of the just killed victim. Later, Conan finally knows that Zenda was the one behind the murders, but how is he gonna reveal the truth to everyone ? Rumi learns the secret of Sleeping Kogoro when she sees Conan use his tranquilizer dart on Yamamura. She also throws away Ayumi's four-leaf clover as a gift of lucky charm when Ayumi turns away.

Kogoro and Conan happen to walk by a famous writer’s house, where it happens to be the scene as he is found dead. The writer also has 4 apprentices, with them revealing that they were the one responsible for most of his work and get paid. The culprit is most likely one of them, but who could it be ? Sleeping Kogoro has the answer.

Chiba is seen buying lots of food for some reason by Conan and the Detective Boys, so they follow Chiba to where Takagi has been as well. Apparently, both of them are on a stakeout. And the reason is there was a robbery that happened 3 days ago in the apartment Takagi and Chiba are having a stakeout with, with the property stolen included jewels from another robbery that happened 1 week ago in a Jewelry store in Haido. The suspects are Tsunahiko Kuwai, who seems to be scared of phone calls; Mitsuki Hanai, who looks very worried when he goes to the balcony after getting home; Kasimi Amano, a Yoga teacher, and today there is another guest in her house. The Detective Boys have their own plan on finding who the robber is out of the three suspects. Will it work ?

A bullet happens to pass by a passenger in the Monorail where Conan and Kogoro also are sitting in as well. Investigation shows that the place where the bullet came from, tested positive, and bullet was found, meaning that a murder happened and the corpse was carried away, the culprit seems to not letting this pass as he set up a place so he could kill Conan and Kogoro, who are investigating, but they luckily survive. As the culprit also carried the corpse, Conan, Takagi and Kogoro deduce that he must have been in Toto fish market.

However, when they arrive at the market, a police officer informs them that an assault has happened as he found a man knocked unconscious with his working clothes and turret truck stolen. Chiba also informs Takagi’s group that Ichiro Akiyama, who has been missing and is the resident of the place of shooting, was a suspect of a robbery that happened 4 months ago. Then the police report to Takagi that the turret truck has been found, meaning that the culprit escaped from the place and tried to cover the corpse nearby. When Takagi’s group arrives at the place suitable for that purpose, a scream and 2 gunshot catch their attention. A dead body and an injured man who says that the one doing the gunshot has run away. But later we see the injured man is exposed by the police and the Sleeping Kogoro

Agasa tells Conan that he hired Hogen Nishitsu, an Antique appraiser, for an Antique Tray that he got from his uncle's house long ago. Subaru then visits the professor to ask him about the tray, thus allowing Sera, who is observing the residence, to come in as well. The five then proceed to go to Nishitsu’s house, but when Agasa arrives in the room, he sees Nishitsu bleeding, with the latter telling Agasa about the real tray before being killed by a person hiding in the wardrobe after Agasa leaves. The Police then arrive and interrogate the other tray owners since only 1 out of 3 antique trays is real, with all do not have any alibi when the murder took place. Shuichi appears as Subaru to keep an eye on Sera.

For the investigation, Agasa recalls that Nishitsu spreaded his blood behind the real tray, however, the culprit has done it into other trays as well, making the investigation harder. However, during the investigation, Sera recalls how Subaru recognized her as a girl but not a boy unlike others; she also pressures Haibara on her knowledge surpassing other kids, she also attempts to ask her for the antidotes of the shrinking potion, only to get interrupted by Subaru. This makes Sera react aggressively and try to hit Subaru, but he dodges it successfully, and tells her to act less violently if she want to be more feminine. However, Sera says that she doesn’t have to as her mother used to have a big chest, this makes Subaru wonder if her mom (also his mom) had died, which Sera declines to answer. For Conan, he now confirms that Sera is Subaru’s brother; Subaru doesn’t want Sera to be involved in the clash of Red and Black; Mary seems to have consumed the same potion as Conan and knows the real meaning of sister outside the domain. Shuichi appears as Subaru to keep an eye on Sera. Shuichi's flashback seventeen years ago.

With enough evidence, Conan and Haibara reveal the culprit and the owner of the real Antique Tray.   Show spoilers » With Agasa’s appraising process revealed by Subaru. Conan analyzes Mary’s true identity and wonders if this was a test for him. Conan suspect Mary is a member of member of the British Secret Intelligence Service, known as MI6. Sera suspect Subaru could be her older brother Shuichi. Shuichi appears as Subaru to keep an eye on Sera.

2 people who are found dead also have connection to Yasuho Shida, but when the Police, Kogoro and Conan come to Shida’s apartment, he is seen dying due to poison. And it seems that their greed got over them after they split their rewards from the robbery that happened 3 days ago. A misunderstanding causes the Police deduction to go a little too far, good thing that it is resolved with the examination of the weapon used for the 2 previous murders.

Sonoko, Ran and Conan are at a Museum to buy some keychains, the Museum itself also allows customers to write their feelings and wishes in a book for the Museum as well. As they are just about to leave, a statue has squished a man to death. The Police arrive afterward and the footage is also given to them, helping them to identify the suspects. However, when the director performs a call to tell Takagi who the culprit is, he is suddenly disrupted and when the Police arrive, he is seen cursed and he drops the book before being taken by the Police. Later with the book, Conan begins his deduction as Deduction Queen Sonoko.

Conan and the Detective Boys wake up at 5:30 in the morning to go get in line for a roller coaster ride. There are only three other people on the train at that time, and they plan on going there in order to take pictures of the train. One of the photographers waits outside so he can take pictures of the train coming towards him; suddenly, the ladder underneath him tips over and he falls onto the track. The train conductor quickly applies the emergency brakes, and everybody rushes out of the train to find him unhurt. However, when Conan comes back into the train to continue their journey, they find one of the other photographers dead. How can Conan make the officer in charge of the case see sense that this was a murder, not an accident?

A housekeeper working in a wealthy family has passed away. She left a code for her four children, but some trouble happened so they asked the family, with the case later turned into a challenge for Shinichi and Heiji to decide the winner of a bet Heiji accidentally had with Momiji. Momiji also reveals the way to notice the 4 brothers. Later, Conan and Heiji solve the code at the same time but when they arrive at the location, the oldest brother out of 4 is seen dead and it seems not to be an accident. Who could’ve done this ? ​

The Police arrive and begin investigation, the three brothers also recall about the past incident that made the 4 have the same burn mark on the palm. After hearing that Heiji planned to confess to Kazuha at the harbour, Momiji just has to hope that Shinichi will solve the case first, thus helping Momiji win the bet. While Conan has evidence to point out the culprit, he sees Ran and suddenly remembers something from the past, this may hint that Ran wants Heiji to win the bet for Kazuha, so he decides to help Heiji this time. In the post credit, Conan confirms Kohji Haneda was a son of a wealthy family. Conan deduces that Kohji Haneda is the son of a wealthy family. Heiji tries confessing to Kazuha at the Haido Harbor but fails again, as Momiji and Iori ask her to take a photo and she runs off. ​

A man named Hikaru Komori, witnessed a murder yesterday but he refuses to give any interrogation. In the evening, Conan arrives at the apartment where he lives to reveal that he is just the one who the real Hikaru Komomi shared his room with, thus together with him saving the real Komori, who coincidentally returns that night as well, from being killed by the culprit to cover up the crime.

Agasa and the Detective Boys are eating at a restaurant when they notice behind a curtain of an apartment, a man suddenly attacks a woman after he tried to kiss her, so they call the Police. When they and a Police officer arrive at the apartment to ask about the incident, only the woman answers, and she says only the officer is allowed to get in. Later the officer confirms that nothing happened. The story is then told to Conan the next day, and they, along with Agasa and Takagi come to the scene of the suspected assault, however there is no one in the said room, so everyone splits to investigate, and when proof and information are gathered,   Show spoilers » Conan reveals that the one attacking might actually was a woman. That night, Conan, Agasa and the Detective Boys come up with a plan to capture the culprit… with Takagi arriving just in time to save the day.

Conan wakes the Detective Boys as they are seen faint, they tell Conan that they saw a woman who was crushed by rocks suddenly woke up, scaring them out.
