Pizza seems to be not too expensive to buy in general, so why one divided for Conan, Haibara, and the Detective Boys, which Genta earned for, is stolen?

The 5 pizza boxed divided from a pizza that Genta earned for his close friends were stolen, but the pizza slices remained intact when the kid found it again.

Later, they notice the police is asking the pizza shop for some reason when they return to the shop

Conan, Haibara, and the Detective Boys discovered that 10 diamonds of the Jewelry store near the pizza shop were stolen and put in the pizza boxes of the said shop.

The boys begin their own investigation, only to find out something interesting...

One of the robbers (the robber had trace of cardboard being pried off) is seen injured.

The Detective Boys begin their own investigation and find the whereabout of the final diamonds, but since they can drive themselves into danger again, Conan and Haibara have to look for them with Conan's glasses.
