|summary= Conan and Kogoro end up being honourable guests of a special event held in Furai city following a nomination of someone claiming themselves to be none other than Inspector Megure. However, Megure denies any knowledge of this when asked by Conan as Kogoro. In addition, Megure also tells about the recent serial jewelry robberies with no sign of being sold domestically, and a robbery just happens today with an alarming level of amateurism, as the thieves were caught so easily that it makes Megure wonder if someone wants to toy with the police. Soon, Conan is able to figure out that the whole things that happened to him, Kogoro, and Megure are not an actual joke, but a premeditated plot regarding the stolen jewelry. | |summary= Conan and Kogoro end up being honourable guests of a special event held in Furai city following a nomination of someone claiming themselves to be none other than Inspector Megure.
