The Detective Boys...let's see how it lines up:

Genta: Fat Guy (uh...sure. Both love to eat in a way...love to see Genta sing.)

Mitsuhiko: Other Guy (not too much. The sci-fi factor is there, but weaker in one.)

Ayumi: The Girl: Haibara (Uh...comparisons between girls I cannot do)

Conan: Nobita (Absolute opposites. Like comparing apples and oranges. Conan's the genius, Nobita's the absolute idiot. Only similarity is their glasses, and they look different).

Cause I don't know the names of the characters, please fill me on them.

Is the true name of the fat guy in Doraemon is Gian? now I know... because in Tagalog (Filipino) dubbed Doraemon called him "Damulag" (Filipino: means fat, huge, big) si that I have known him in this name...

Well... I think they are a bit similar, they are both honourable characters, they created the special techniques, such as Rasengan and Freezing the X-Burner... And their hairstyle are a bit alike, don't you think? Btw, have you watched Katekyo hitman reborn? Just wondering

Hideyoshi from Baka and Test looks like Haibara. about the hair, the looks and the personality a bit similar.

Kazuki Muto from Buso Renkin looks just like Takashi Komuro from Highschool of the Dead.

And Takashi Komuro reminds me of Keiichi Maebara from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. They both fight the supernatural with baseball bats. They both have a buncha girls with them. The female protagonists in each of their respective shows have confessed to them. And here's Keiichi:

Speaking of the female protagonists, Rena Ryuuguu's like Rei Miyamoto. Rena's from Higurashi and Rei's from Highschool of the Dead.

Natsu - Monkey D. Luffy :Always eating, a bit dumb, the protagonist.

Lucy Heartphilia - Nami :Good taste for money, not very strong(Lucy uses Stellar Spirits; Nami coulds, lightning etc.)

Grey Fullbuster - Roronoa Zoro :Both have a loss of important person

Erza Scarlet - Nico Robin :They both are intelligent and have dark past that is reavealed later in the story

Happy - Tony Tony Chopper :Cute Mascot

Loki - Sanji :Well, not very much but both are ladies' man after all
