Upcoming movies? After being indulged in DC so long, I stopped watching for updates! I guess maybe... Lucy? Have you heard of it? It sounds really cool, but it's rated R. Dunno if I should watch it... O_o Do you think Gosho Aoyama is going to live long enough to make the ending for the series? (I personally think he should write it down somewhere, lock it in a Swiss bank, and give one person the key; just in case >.<)

Heehee, it would be REALLY bad once she finds out about him being Conan all along, especially after the bath scenes. XD If it were me, I'd want to try my best to keep my friends/more than friends safe, so lying for their protection's not a big problem. And even if certain people know he's alive, they're usually people who would say less things knowing he's alive than dead (i.e. Ran would be crying and telling people to find his body, etc, and would most likely find out through the grief). Since he does turn back once in a while, he needs a way to explain it (can't be there if you're dead) and he always tells the police to keep him out of the media. Plus, Haibara is always reminding him to NOT tell Ran. The only problem to this is that although morally, it's fine to lie if the alternative is the possibility of their death (in my opinion), Shinichi is so racked up about truth, it's almost OOC. So maybe it's important for the plot to go on? :/

Brazil is losing so badly! From my room (where I was watching DC ) I can hear my brother shouting "GOOOOAAAAALLLLLL!!!" really loudly, all 5 times. Gosh, what are they going to be doing for the last 45 minutes?

Yeah, I remember that one. I loved it, since you get to see Shinichi for a while for the first time in the series! But I'm also glad Conan didn't spill everything, or else the series would've ended too early! (And that's bad. Really bad.) Near the end, when he was turning back and Haibara was just standing there, my heart almost broke! It was so sad, seeing him have to turn back to Conan again. *wipes tears away* ~o~

This topic is so mysterious... In a relationship chart, I remember seeing Haibara's feeling toward Gin marked as 'extreme hatred'. It's as expected, since she's deathly afraid of the organization and believes they're all just evil killers. But Gin... Is a weirdo. He has not once, but a few times, imagined her naked (eww... >~<). And Some wiki article described that their relationship may be... Don't wanna say it, but given the clues, it just might be. DX I voted for one-sided, as in Gin probably didn't consider Sherry's feelings and just went on to believe whatever he wanted. It's the most possible choice, since Sherry can't resist, and for why Haibara would fall for someone like Gin is just... Not gonna say impossible, but pretty darn close to it. (And it's what I want to believe! >~<)

I never watched the drama series because I just watched the first half (maybe a bit less?) of the Kudo Shinichi Returns: Confrontation with the Black Organization (is the name right?) and got a bit freaked out by the actors/actresses since they looked nothing like... Real people. Hehe, not a great reason, but that's me And I agree; Ran without her horn (what is it? o_O) and Shinichi/Conan without the cowlick makes them... Not Shinichi and Ran? Not sure how to describe it >~< About the whole messed-up timeline thing, I guess they couldn't help it since making the set date back to 1994/1996 makes it harder, and finding a good child actors for Conan and Haibara would be difficult. I don't really know, just guessing

High five! And I love your sig! Before I became a member and was just surfing the forums, I saw that picture, and thought, "... Umbrellas?" Now, every time I see it, I just get so excited! *squeal!*

I get teased (like a lot of people here), but it's fine. There are a LOT of otakus in my class (Naruto, Fairy Tail, Attack On Titans; you name it!), so everybody teases everybody XD it gets super geeky sometimes! I recently got one of my friends to watch DC, and now she's more obsessed than I am!

Harataku Maou-sama! (That's where my profile pic came from) Kaichou wa Maid-sama! Tried Special A, Skip Beat, and some others, but didn't finish. I watch One Piece on a weekly basis! And of course, Detective Conan!

I first started watching when I was 3. Really, even if this is rated PG-13 (in American terms), it's all just animation, and they don't focus on the blood/violence/etc. Kids should be fine; it's an awesome series to watch anyway But sometimes, especially when I first started watching, I get creeped out by it (usually the shady 'criminal'), but not anymore. It was just cuz the animation was pretty bad back then and the criminals would just make a creepy face. *~*
