There's the possibility that Okiya Subaru (presumably the real one, assuming such a person exists) is the Akai family middle brother. He is of the right age. However, it's unlikely that Shuuichi would drag his other family members into his business, since it would be too dangerous, especially with more people knowing.

I've been wondering: Has Kogoro developed (even a bit of) an immunity to Conan's stun gun wristwatch needle? Heiji woke up in the middle of Conan's deduction when Conan shot him with it back at the Holmes Freak case (which led him to deduce that Conan is actually Shinichi). I wonder if Kogoro will ever do the same? XD -
What I mean is, as the sister of an active Organization member and undercover CIA agent, I figured he'd at least make occasional appearances. I guess Eisuke doesn't have any more roles to play plot-wise (at the moment, at least). Is Eisuke still studying at Teitan High, though?

We know now that Okiya is Akai Shuuichi in disguise, but I find myself wondering if a real Okiya Subaru exists, and that Akai Shuuichi just "borrowed" his identity for a while, or if Okiya Subaru really is just a fake person made up by Shuuichi and Conan for their plan to fake Shuuichi's death.

I think it's highly likely that Rum's mission is to look out for "rats" in the Organization. Vermouth's statement in File 898 (Scarlet Epilogue) about Gin being on guard for spies in the Organization may be foreshadowing Rum's appearance and role in the plot (and especially after we've also had two major Organization member-related plot arcs only to find out that they're actually undercover agents).
