I really disliked M-14, but I thought M-13 was okay. I mean, the mystery and murder in M-13 was extremely creative (if you went back and watched it over a few times), but also very unrealistic. I've never heard of an elevator holding only seven people, especially in a hotel. Not to mention, the fact that they even allow elevators to be used during a fire is insane. Maybe the safety regulations in Japan aren't exactly the same as in America. Also, the fact that the culprit just happened to take the one thing the BO was looking for and Irish just happened to hear about Conan during his attempt to retrieve to SD card or whatever it was via infiltrating the police department was also really far fetched. Not to mention, don't Apaches have missiles? Why not use them, Gin? You've already gone pretty far having that monster in plain sight, why not have more fun with it? But other than that, I still consider it a pretty decent movie, and it's still a lot better than M-14.

Yeah, the uncovering of the criminal in M-7 made me go, "Wha-? Who's he again?" I only sort of recognized him when they had flashbacks.

As for the songs they've released in their album so far, I'll have to put them in this order: 1. Don't Wanna Lie 2. Pilgrim 3. C'mon 4. Sayonara Looking forward to hearing the rest of the songs in their album. EDIT: The ending has been uploaded to YouTube. I already reviewed the new opening, but there is nothing to say about this ending. Why, you may ask? Because the whole thing is just the song and scenes from the episode. Not even a single special scene. This is probably because this is a Kaito Kid special, so we'll get the real ending later. If you've already heard the song, than the only reason you'd want to watch this ending is if you want to spoil some parts of the special with Pilgrim playing in the background. That's just about all it is as of now. My rating for this version of the ending: 5/10 EDIT: (again... seriously, people need to start posting in this thread more...) But, this ending did a decent job with it and I actually enjoy watching it. I just wished they used new scenes, but I guess you can't win every time. My rating for this version: 7/10

Enjoyed this episode more than I expected. And, as people have said before, we need Chiba to take more of a major role in the series. He should also have a larger role in the movies.

Reading your theory, the first thing that comes to mind is the Russian Revolution. Maybe the whole BO came about, as you said, by financial problems and maybe even greedy leaders. It's happened in history before, and George Orwell has written stories about this kind of stuff (Animal Farm and 1984). I wouldn't be surprised if Gosho was influenced by events in history and decided to base an organization in Japan on them.

Maybe something sort of similar to the whole Kir situation. But then again, I don't want a "nice" or "undercover" BO member. The BO needs more hardcore members like Gin. Bourbon seems promising, but he has yet to show his true face.

Oh, no I'm not mad. Ah ha, don't worry, I'm not angered easily. M-6 isn't my favorite movie (I'd have to say M-5 was my favorite), but I did enjoy it. And I agree it was a strange concept, but I still enjoyed it. DC movies were meant to entertain (as CC said). They weren't meant to be complicated mysteries that you're supposed to rip apart with deductions and theories. They were meant to watch in one sitting and get you excited. And I think M-6 did that, so I don't consider it a bad movie at all.

But what if it ties in with something other than Bourbon? This is a stupid idea, but it's not impossible a new BO member will be introduced. Sera (which most people consider to tie in with Akai and Bourbon) might actually tie in with a whole new unnamed member all together. But that's just an idea, and a bad one at that.

Oh, and, though this is a bit random, the reason why the BO mostly appear in the winter time has nothing to do with their clothing, but more because of symbolism. The four seasons represent the four main parts of life: - Spring: birth - Summer: living - Autumn: dying - Winter: death These themes appear in literature a lot, as long as you keep an eye out. The reason why the BO appear during the winter has nothing to do with the story plot. It's just Gosho's way of tying in the BO with death using symbolism.

Though Gosho likes twists, twists also have to be reasonable. Not to be sexist in any way, but most power figures who own businesses are male. They're usually only female if they inherit the title or if they work their butt of to finally be promoted after the original "Boss" or head passes away or retires. And judging from the conversations between the BO members, there is no indication that the original Boss is now no longer in service. It all adds up to the BO Boss being male.
