  1. Can't wait to watch it! Ah ha, just noticed Delon is left-handed...
  2. My run down of the major artists: (Note: I am judging these bands on their songs in general, not just the ones featured in DC openings, endings, and movies) 5. Zard She is a very talented singer no doubt about that. Unfortunately she passed away a few years ago and can not continue to create great music. But she did manage to make some great songs, all of which are memorable. I place her fifth mainly because she has only had one or two songs that I truly can not get enough of, while the rest are okay. 4. Rina Aiuchi Very talented singer, just a pity she retired last year. But her final album, Last Scene, has some great songs in it. Her older songs are good as well, but not as good as her most recent songs. I place her fourth only because I don't think her songs can compare to number three, two and one. 3. Mai Kuraki She's a very gifted singer with some pretty darn good songs outside of DC. She can sing both sad and happy songs, with a huge range of variety. She's still young and she's already made so much progress I'm sure she'll do even better in years to come. I place her third because, though she has some good songs, she doesn't have a huge amount of songs compared to other artists and she doesn't make new albums or singles and fast as other artists. 2. B'z Really close to first, this is my favorite male Japanese band. And I think most of the world agrees, because B'z tours to all corners of the globe and racks up huge numbers of views on YouTube for a foreign band (their C'mon PV surpassed 1,000,000 views in only a matter of weeks). They have a huge variety and they're getting better and better as the years go on. I place B'z a close second only because their main stream songs are good, but their not so well known songs are poor in comparison. 1. Garnet Crow My favorite DC artist of all time by a slim margin. GC has amazing talent and can sing some extremely sad songs (Rainy Soul) and also some extremely happy songs (Smiley Nation). Their skill goes past even the advertised and famous songs. Some of their not so well known songs that have fallen beneath the radar are equally as good, if not even better. For example, the songs Nora; Candy Pop; Wish; Crier Girl, Crier Boy (Ice Cold Sky); Strangers; and The Crack-Up are all songs that are worth hearing. I place this band first due to this fact, and also because it's something I find the other artists couldn't achieve.
  3. Nearing the half year anniversary.

    1. Sayomi

      Sayomi

And now we're past it xD

  4. Happy birthday!

  5. I guess it's more of Gosho's way of putting in a set of foil characters. Foil characters are characters that are opposites of each other, and they can either be great friends or worst enemies, depending on the situation. This can be seen in literature a lot when you look closely. It isn't anything that special.
  6. Ah ha, yup, that's good! She's a great person when you get to know her.

  7. Thanks Chekhov and User 4869! Helped clear up those parts for me.
  8. And the fact that it involved the BO made it especially special to me. Me being a fan of the BO, I hold most of their arcs in high regard.

  9. Yeah, I know what you mean. When school starts up again, I'll be able to see my girlfriend more often. In fact, she's on this forum. She goes by the name of Sayomi and she's DCW's Juliet (and I'm DCW's Romeo), in case you haven't already noticed.

  10. I don't have a definite favorite, but I'd have to say the Clash of Red and Black stood out to me the most.

  11. They were involved because they needed the SD card (which the culprit had taken from the lady), so they sent Irish to act as a policeman so when they did catch the culprit, they could quickly retrieve the SD card and destroy it or delete the data. And as for your second question, I guess they just did that because they were partners in crime. One could also ask why Chianti and Korn both had to be there to shoot out Sato's and Tagaki's tires. One sniper would enough. Like I said, it's probably just to make it seem like there are more people involved.
  12. I personally couldn't bear it either, and I'm not too sure what it was about either (though I forced myself to watch it twice), but I'll try my best. In a nutshell, the whole movie was some stupid thing about these thugs looking for some "treasure". They don't know what the treasure is, they just know it's a treasure. Also, there's this fat museum owner who wants the treature, too, I think. So he somehow has a riddle map thing that one of the two pirates ladies had (Forgot whether it was Mary Reed or Anne Bonnie. In fact, I don't even know if I spelled their names right), and he has a treasure hunt involving the map so he can lay claim to the "treasure" when someone finds it. Those are the main "antagonists", so to speak, of the whole movie. It's pretty apparent from the start, and a few red herrings were thrown in there that really didn't even make a difference. Somehow, the movie managed to stretch for a whole 1 hour and who knows how long it's been (everyone's just about asleep by now anyway), the thugs kidnap Ran and Sonoko (Ran somehow lost her karate powers from this point forward), force them along in a cave in an island, force them to unlock doors and test rooms for poison, and then finally they reach the treasure. And guess what? The treasure isn't a real treasure, it's a ship! Gasp! Wow, I didn't see that coming... So yeah, now the thugs are angry but then it's Conan to the rescue before Ran and Sonoko become shark bait. Then they run into the fat museum owner who somehow managed to follow them in the cave. Conan talks for a while, but no one can really understand what he's saying because half the stuff he talks about the audiance missed while they dozed off. After that, the cave starts flooding for no apparent whatsoever (what a coincidence), and Conan kicks a metal chain into the ceiling to ignite some gunpowdered rock I think. Everyone uses the oxygen tank thing, but Conan doesn't have one, so as the ship (with Ran, Conan, Sonoko, fat museum man, and the thugs in tow) rises out of the cave and into the open ocean, Ran gives Conan her air tank (this scene lasts 3 seconds, so be sure not to blink or else you'll miss it). After that, the movie is over, the ship collapses and sinks to the bottom of the ocean (just because they had no better way to end it), and it's the end. I know I didn't explain very well, but that's about all I got from the movie. If you don't get it, who cares? It's not worth understanding.
  13. Part of me wants it to end soon (5 years or so) but part of me also wants it to end later (10 years or so). Since I'm a big fan of the movies (for entertainment puposes, since most of the actual episodes and chapters are boring), I'd like to see at least 25 total movies. I just can't accept the fact that there may be only 5 more movies and then that's it. I'd say 10 more would be nice. And if they have to end it soon, then have a 10 movie marathon, with one movie every half year if need be. I just want to see a 25th movie. I don't know why, that's just my opinion.
