Bill (ビル Biru) is a character in the manga and anime franchise Detective Conan.
Background
Bill is an FBI agent who in turn oversees Kir in coma at the Haido Central Hospital. Moreover, without realizing it, he is the one who suddenly awakes her during his conversation with Jodie about three suspected patients.
After making him leave the room with an excuse, Conan returns and notices from the folds on the bed that their patient has finally awakened. Then, he does him come back to be sure that she continues her play for a while longer.
Conan uses his voice to simulate with Akai their meeting and allow Eisuke to sneak into Kir's chamber.
