I met this guy that had some serious eye contact whenever we were talking to each other. It was kinda weird. But just because someone isn't giving you eye contact doesn't mean they're not listening. Though I can understand how irritating it can be.

I know, I just get irked from my siblings who supposedly "hate" when you don't give someone your full attention.

As long as they're not doing it too often. But once in a while if they're busy, I usually don't mind.
