OMM 1: Storms in my hometown are the best. The rolling thunder, split-second blinding lightning, the sound of the wind ripping through the trees... Most of the time it storms in my new town there's a threat of there being a tornado, and now that there's often a legitiment threat, all the enjoyment of storm watching is kinda gone... 10/10 storm last night though, would watch again OMM 2: Why is Project Diva so much harder than School Idol Festival? I can FC a 450 note song on expert in SIF, but a 150 combo in PD? ...idk man thats asking a lot is it because it uses physical buttons and not the touch screen? is it because I don't like most of the songs?? am I just worst at rhythm games than initially assumed??? probably Could be. It's also nearing the end of the school year, and most users here are probably students, so that could also be part of the reason.

OMM 1: The National Weather Service is looking for student volunteers for over the summer, but it's only open to those who are already in college and getting their degrees in meteorology next year.. I'll apply next year OMM 2: My cousin's pregnant apparently. Funnily enough, her youngest kid is currently 9 or 10, so when the baby's born, they'll be 10+ years apart from their older siblings. It's unusual to run into other people who are also nearly a decade apart from their siblings, so having another one like me in the family will be interesting. Too bad our 15+ year age gap will make it hard to relate since I'll be like 30 when they're a teenager...

So the NOAA spotted this little guy near Hawaii recently. There's a high liklihood this guy is part of a new species. Unlike most other cephalopods, he lacks pigments and was spotted at a depth of over 14,000 feet which is the deepest of this type of cephalopod has ever been seen. I don't believe he's been given a scientific name yet since they're not 100% sure this is a new species, but social media is urging that he be named after Casper the friendly ghost. x
