In the manga version only, the voice changing pen is the fifteenth gadget created by Professor Agasa.
Description
It is used as a recorder and voice imitator. It was first developped for Agasa's colleague, with which they earned quite a lot of money. However, it was only used once as the professor and the Detective Boys visited his uncle's house to find out a counterfeiter was inside looking for a printing plate that was hidden inside. It can also write like a normal pen.
Manga to anime changes
- In the anime version, the voice-changer is created in the form of a Kamen Yaiba playing card.
