In Nagoya, Yaiba and his group encounter the powerful Komori-Otoko, who wants the Raijinken.

Plot
Manga to anime changes
- After the previous episode, Namako-Otoko joins Yaiba's group. In the manga, he only joined some time later during the group's journey back to Tokyo.
- The 2nd battle against Namekuji-Otoko is longer in manga. Yaiba defeats him using Senpuken instead of cooking him in boiling water to lure him out from the shell like in manga.
- The subplot of Bat Guy transforming Yaiba into werewolf is removed in the new anime. Instead, Bat Guy transforms Musashi into vampire, followed by Gerozaemon, Namako-Otoko, and Shonosuke.
