My internet is crappy so it took a while for the full movie to load. I saw myself facepalming at a lot of scenes. To be honest, I probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if I were younger. Annie and Jack were portrayed a lot more childishly that I would have imagined but they're just too so gosh darn cute for me to hate on them. Kinda reminds me of a Studio Ghibli film. I'm not too sure why they bothered including street signs in the movie since it doesn't really contribute much to the plot. It actually turned out to be somewhat distracting in my opinion. I haven't read the books in ages either so the plotline is all a blur to me. However, I did find myself thinking, "oh yeah, I remember this!" at a lot of points during the movie so it didn't turn out to be that big of a loss. It was actually a nice refresher. 7.8/10 too much nostalgia? Oh geez, this again, haha. The Magic Treehouse series is probably following the same floating timeline that DC is following, but wow, it's nearing ~50 books already? Damn, I feel old. I stopped reading around the ~30ish mark which was still years ago. welp, time to go to bed. thank goodness I'm still on break or else I don't know what I'd do if I had school tomorrow today. woot, happy new yea--

I'll be honest, Pit is one of the cheaper characters in Smash, lol. I still love using him (hence the avatar), but if I ever get the opportunity, I'll probably toy around with some other characters later. Falco, Lucas, Ice Climbers, and Kirby were a few of my favorites in Brawl. Mario Kart DS was easy in my opinion. I've been so used to it that Mario Kart Wii seemed like the Touhou lunatic level of Mario Kart. I haven't had any luck with shinies since Platinum (I can't remember if I've mentioned this before). But good for you for finding that shiny Silcoon! Lucky for you Chansey's attack stat is practically nonexistent, but killing it off is always a good route to take. Despite what I said earlier, my trip to Florida went a lot better than expected. My friend over there managed to get his hands on Smash 4 and Omega Ruby so I finally got the opportunity to play those games on his 2DS. Oh my lord I almost cried. I thought I would never get the chance, haha. I would tell you about some of the other adventures I had in Florida but we'd be going extremely off-topic if that were the case (not that we haven't already, lol). I only went to places like Miami, Key West, and Fort Lauderdale over break so unfortunately, I didn't get to visit Disney World. The warm weather was a nice break from the chilly winter we've been getting around here but it was still too hot for my taste. I can only imagine how awful summer is over there. Even if I were to have visited Disney World, I doubt that my dad would let me buy any trinkets remotely related to Japanese culture (it's one of those unreasonable grudges he holds against the Japanese because of some historic event that occurred ages ago). Same goes with the anime/manga stuff. Things tend to be overpriced in Disney World anyway, so I probably wouldn't have gotten much even if I had the opportunity. Thanks for the heads up though! I don't recall that being one of this lines. It fits his character in that he never purposefully hurts anyone so I think it's implied. ...or am I interpreting your question wrong

I'm late to the party on this, but I just finished watching Levi's backstory. It was good. ...so good that it gave me a better impression than what the original SnK/AoT had offered. Definitely not disappointed.

Not necessarily. Conan does "win" sometimes. Even if it's not directly shown, Kid knows when Conan has him in a corner. Most of the time, he only escapes because Conan allows him to. Plus, it's nice seeing Conan lose once in a while since he always "wins" during every DC case. Kid cases are getting a bit repetitive these days, so I wouldn't disagree on this notion. I did, however, enjoy the case with Makoto in it so I hope we can have more of those soon, haha.

I've always seen Kid cases as comic relief. It's a nice break from the dismal atmosphere that comes from the usual DC cases. Kid cases aren't meant to be realistic either. It's not like this guy is stealing without a purpose or advocating crimes, haha. To be honest, none of the characters really "get on my nerves," but there are some I have a few problems with. Ran- I've posted about this before, so I'll just post a link to it here. Conan/Shinichi- So terribly unrealistic. It's hard to sympathize with this guy--he's basically a walking automaton who solves cases for a living. I especially dislike how Gosho basically glorifies him to the point where he barely has any flaws. I think I've said enough.

I was reading all of the previous posts and I don't know how you managed to reach that conclusion or how that relates. I've never even posted here until now, haha. ohmygoodness, why do so many people hate jeans My favorite season is probably winter. I have a plethora of sweaters and I see winter as a great time period to wear them (they also go really well with jeans). I don't have many summer clothing since I dislike the heat, but most of the time, I'd only wear t-shirts or polos and shorts or capris. I mainly wear skirts when I'm playing tennis--that includes winter, but it's indoors so it's usually not that big of a deal. I don't wear tank tops either except during tennis season since it's part of our uniform. Most people at our school aren't crazy enough to wear skirts during the winter unless it's for some formal presentation. It's too bad we haven't gotten any snow lately. The last time it snowed for us was back in November. they're crazy.

Well, if I saw this 7 year old kid solving numerous cases without fail, I'd become more suspicious. It seems that Gosho has made most of the adults less wary of Conan in order to focus on the detective aspect of the show rather than the fact that a 7 year old kid is solving them. I'm not a huge fan of this since I liked the humor that was created from his involvement, but I guess this could also be seen as plot advancement. Eventually, when everyone finds out that Conan is Shinichi, the shock factor won't be as strong for characters like Takagi or Kogoro. This probably has something to do with the progression of taking down the Organization but I see it as a good way to reduce the number of facepalms that would occur in the audience after Conan's identity is revealed.
