  1. Sera is a tomboy, but you don't give the impression that you're boyish o:
  2. your character reminds me of Sato not sure why may or may not be accurate probably isn't
  3. I was never a fan of those huge, "shiny" shoujo eyes, lol
  4. lolololol how did you come up with these? haha, what made you think that I'm Eri? I'd probably assign you to Sato. Does it make a difference whether or not someone's username is bolded?
  5. A: 7/10 I kinda like Haibara S: 7/10 his facial expression lol
  6. Well, you do have a different signature now. A: 7/10 a bit plain S: 8/10 ShinRan iz kewl.
  7. It does kinda go both ways. But it mainly depends on the context of the thread. Sometimes I will go out of my way to criticize some of my favorite characters if it contributes to the thread, because every character has flaws. Your username is an alcoholic drink, isn't it? lol DCW's hawk-eye
  8. I'm curious though, what made you think I'm "DCW's Confusing Maybe-I-Like-DC-Maybe-I-Don't-er?" lol DCW's soon-to-be BO member
  9. Based on your description, Super Training kinda reminds me of Pokeathlon from HGSS. Is that weird? haha. Still sounds super fun though! I always loved playing those side-games that they incorporate into the series. I'm not entirely positive on how they decide the Pokemon's typings, because I seriously can't get myself to see Gyarados as a flying type. Oh my gosh, and their movesets. Why can Explouds and Audinos learn Surf? I also had the same problem with my Magikarp that you have with your Floette. I was debating on whether to evolve it or not until HGSS came out--and I'm really glad that I didn't, lol. I think Megas were also created to bring back hype into the series. Pokemon has been repeating the same pattern for a long time, so the introduction of Megas was a nice change in pace. The new Fairy type threw me off guard though. I remember how much hate it got when it first came out even though it also shares a similar concept with Ghost and Dragon type. I'm still kinda glad they introduced it. I'll admit that Dragon type was too OP, but like you said before--Fairy type does seem like the new "God" type now. IGN rated G/S 10/10 but gave ORAS 7.8/10 why how what also... the new bicycle music for ORAS is freaking gorgeous I have no words that can describe how amazing it sounds especially with headphones. goodness, it almost brought me to tears
  10. best. show. evar. You just seem more...hung up with stress, lol There are a lot of things I nitpick about DC, but I generally still enjoy the show quite a bit (childhood bias) DCW's science fanatic
  11. lol huh? DCW's lighthearted

    Kenzi's Art Thread

I don't think I made the references very subtle since most of you guys managed to figure them out. Butterfly Core and Revive are some of the more popular DC openings so I didn't think it'd be that big of a challenge either, lol

The openings referenced in the banner are Butterfly Core and Revive, haha. The Shinichi on the very left is taken from Butterfly Core. The APTX capsule, hydrocarbons, and DNA molecule were referencing Revive. I also took into consideration some of these suggestions (thanks, btw!), so I'll be uploading another version of the banner soon enough.

    Kenzi's Art Thread

It's Thanksgiving Break where I live, so I finally got the opportunity to finish some banner I was working on for a while: If there are any suggestions you would like to make (fonts, color scheme, arrangement, etc.), feel free to insert them here. This is only one type of style I enjoy working with, so I'll probably showcase some others later. I make a variety of stuff like banners (or signatures for DCW), avatars/icons, wallpapers, etc., so if you have anything you would like to see, ask away! Brownie points to whoever can guess the DC openings this banner was inspired by, haha. >> next art post >> << previous art post <<
  15. I've lived in areas where apartments looked like houses. Since you obviously can't park a car in a stacked apartment lol (unless it's for showcasing), he's probably referring to the house-like apartments. Either that, or it's another fluke.
  16. I would assume that it's just a fluke and/or arbitrary information that doesn't contribute much to the case.
  17. Crunchyroll only subs the episodes. The OVAs/Specials/Movies are likely to be taken care of by fan-subbers like the Moonlighters.
  18. I have a lot that of DC songs that I like, so the following list is only a few that I happen to enjoy (no particular order): Haru Uta- Ending to the Eleventh Striker (movie 16) Kimi Ga Ireba- I'm actually not sure where this came from...anyone here know where this specific version is played? Boku Ga Iru- This one I'm fairly certain Conan is the one singing it, but I can't remember where...anyone know? haha.. Hello Mr. My Yesterday- ED 35 Don't Wanna Lie- OP 31 Winter Bells- OP 10 ...and basically everything from Garnet Crow especially this long forgotten piece: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgPhO48sCyU it's a shame it only had a short run.
  19. ... What? O.o It's some conditioning drill that some tennis coaches use. Rule of thumb: the bigger the number, the more painful/longer-lasting the suicides tend to be.
  20. No particular order, I love them all the same. Steins;Gate- Hands down. Art may not have been stellar, but everything else it had to offer completely makes up for it. Nichijou- The show is basically a huge exaggerated metaphor for life. The humor is so unique it's hard not to smile while watching it. ATLA/LOK- They don't really count as anime, but after rewatching a few episodes, it's actually a lot deeper than most make them out to be. FMAB- It may have been long forgotten, but it's still a classic. Detective Conan- This is only based on my bias since it's been in my life for a while. Aside from all the fillers, the show is actually decent.

Most of the people I've seen depressed tend to hide everything and do everything in their power not to consult anyone.
