Situation

The episode starts with Ran, Conan and Kogoro going on a hiking trip. While walking, Kogoro noticed a vending machine and decided to buy a bottle of "Guts-man" as he was suffering from a lack of sleep. He found an extra "Guts-man" bottle in the machine and decided to take it. After careful examination of the bottle, he decided to drink it. While he was drinking the extra bottle of "Guts-man" a scream was heard.

Cause of death: Poisoned with phosphoric acid
Tatsuya Nagai, a 26 year old man, was found lying on the floor struggling, while foaming from his mouth. Conan noticed a bottle of "Guts-man" lying on the floor near the struggling Tatsuya, and pointed it out to Kogoro. Kogoro questioned Tatsuya if he had drank from the bottle of "Guts-man", and Tatsuya nodded his head before one last struggle, and Tatsuya died.
