The twenty-first season of the Detective Conan anime consists of the episodes aired in the year 2016.

It begun airing in January 9, 2016 and finished airing on December 24, 2016, with a total of 41 episodes. There are 18 manga-adapted episodes and 23 anime-original episodes. There were breaks totaling to 3 weeks, with remastered reruns broadcast for 9 weeks.
