The sixteenth season of the Detective Conan anime consists of the episodes aired in the year 2011.

It begun airing in January 8, 2011 and finished airing on December 17, 2011, with a total of 40 episodes. There are 23 manga-adapted episodes and 17 anime-original episodes. There were breaks totaling to 3 weeks, with remastered reruns broadcast for 5 weeks. Magic Kaito: Kid the Phantom Thief continues to premiere its specials for 5 weeks.
